TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Policy:

  • All court bookings to be made through the PlayPro App or official contact numbers.
  • Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
  • Late arrival will not result in extension of playing time.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
  • In case of weather or operational issues, management reserves the right to reschedule.

3. Court Usage & Discipline

  • Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory.
  • Respect fellow players, staff, and facility rules at all times.
  • Any misconduct, abusive behavior, or damage to property will result in:
  • Immediate termination of booking
  • Possible ban from future bookings
  • Smoking, drugs, or alcohol consumption inside the court area is strictly prohibited.
  • Players are responsible for their own belongings.

4. Time Management

  • Each booking is strictly limited to the allocated time slot.
  • Players must vacate the court promptly after their session ends.
  • Overtime usage without prior booking will be charged accordingly.

5. Discount Policy

  • Discounts (e.g., 50% for members / 25% for non-members) are:
  • Applicable only during specified timings or promotional periods
  • Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers
  • Valid membership proof must be presented to avail discounts.
  • Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Safety & Liability

  • Players participate at their own risk.
  • Management is not liable for:
  • Injuries during play
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Basic safety guidelines must be followed at all times.

7. Payment Terms

  • Online payment must be completed after slot selection.
  • Bookings without payment confirmation may be automatically cancelled.
  • Any bank/payment charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to:
  • Refuse entry or cancel bookings in case of rule violation
  • Change pricing, policies, or operational hours without prior notice
  • Close courts for maintenance or private event
